The Possibilities of the Application of the Innovative Learning Forms and Methods in Human Resources Management

Abstract


With the development of the information society and knowledge economy it is crucial to apply the innovative methods of teaching while learning life long so that the human resources remain competitive. This article deals with the topic of life long learning; the system of innovative teaching methods (such as simulation teaching, e-teaching, distance teaching), which includes the use of information technologies, is also identified in this article. The system of the forms of life-long learning such as independent learning, team learning, learning organization and learning society is also described here. A system of the innovative method application has been prepared during the research. The findings of the research are relevant for the preparation of life long learning strategies and programmes.
