Registration fee:

€285 on or before May 16th, 2005, €335 after May 16th,  2005

PhD and Undergraduate students rate:
€220 on or before May 16th, 2005, €270 after May 16th, 2005

To obtain a reduced registration fee, students should submit an official university certificate confirming their status from their departmental head. Certificate, completed registration form, and document confirming the payment should be sent in advance to the Organizing Committee of the XVth EAPL Conference

Registration fee includes:

  • Access to all conference sessions from Thursday to Saturday, and access to the exhibition
  • Abstract book at the conference and conference documentation
  • Lunches at the conference venue over 3 days
  • Morning & afternoon tea/coffee breaks
  • Conference Reception
  • Banquet dinner
  • Buss transportation to and from conference venue, twice a day

Accompanying persons and guests are welcome to attend the dinner and tickets can be purchased from the secretariat for €50.

Workshops requires specific registrations

You will get a printed receipt with your registration pack when you register on site.

Letters of invitation

If you need a letter of invitation, for example to apply for a visa or for funding from your institution, please send an e-mail. Note that a letter of invitation does not imply that we will provide you with any financial support.

Financial support

Because of a generous donation from the European Association of Psychology and Law, presenters from economically under-developed countries can apply for a limited number of reduced/waived registration fees.

The person could be eligible for applying for reduced/waived registration fee if she or he is:

  • From an East European country, from Russia or the New Independent states (e.g. Belarus, Kazakhstan or Tadzikistan  etc)
  • The submission is accepted for poster or oral presentation
  • He/she is a doctorial student or within 7 years post Ph.D.

To apply, a person should send a CV and completed application form to this address All material must be received by April 30th, 2005. 

The selection will be made by the organizing committee on the basis of submission and on the relevance of the research activity and interest to the conference. Applicants will be notified about the status of their applications by May 10th, 2005.

Scholarships

Because of a generous donation from the European Association of Psychology and Law, PhD and Undergraduate students can apply for a limited number of scholarships covering part of the registration fees.

Cancellation policy:

Refunds, less a 50 Euro processing fee per registrant, will be granted
for cancellations received in writing at the XVth ECPL Office by June 1st,
2005. Refunds will not be granted for cancellation after this date.

"No-shows" are responsible for full conference payment.

Visa information

All foreign visitors entering Lithuania must possess valid passports.
Citizens of some countries may be required to apply for entry visas in
advance.
